This year's presentation of the Founders and David A. (Gimp) Lee awards was held on Thursday, May 19 at Philadelphia Park at the annual Beta Alumni Association Founders' Dinner. The Founders' Award, given to Scott Granoff '85, is the highest honor that Beta Sig bestows and is given annually to a Brother for outstanding service to the fraternity. Scott has been on the Alumni board since shortly after his graduation and has served terms as the Alumni Vice President and President. The David A. (Gimp) Lee Brotherhood Award was given to Alan Greenbaum '70, as the alum epitomizing what it means to be a Beta Sig. Alan was a leader at Beta Sig as well as Philadelphia and the Jewish community after graduation.
